looks like candy to me

Here's some handpainted merino top I did up a couple days ago. It was dry last night so I fluffed it up and took a picture so I could show off. I think it's really pretty in a girly way. Good thing I only have one spindle or I'd have three or four spinning projects going right now. I just can't wait to turn it into yarn. I love the feel of the merino through my fingers

Oh, and I opened a little Etsy shop with some handpainted sock yarns. Go take a look. I'm adding a couple new yarns every day or so (it takes a while over a dial up connection). I'll also be adding some hand dyed cotton fabrics. They are great for making needle cases or accessories. I like to make little zippered coin purses out of them. Maybe I'll sew up a few of those and put them up too. Ideas swirling!
